The roster

One agent per role.
The next one doesn't ship until the current one has paying customers.

We sell roles, not features. Each agent has a job description, a price, an eval suite, and a portfolio of work. Build discipline: every agent has to earn its place in real customer use before we move on to the next. That's how we keep the work product trustworthy and avoid the half-built feature sprawl most AI platforms drift into.

Phase 1 · The first four

The documentation-heaviest roles, in build order.

Codex Reg is live and accepting pilots. The next three are in build or scoped and will ship in sequence — Codex Quality once Codex Reg has 5 paying pilots, then Codex R&D once Codex Quality is in build, and so on. We commit to one agent at a time so each one ships sharp.

Phase 3 · The full org chart

Eventually, every role.

The end-state vision is an AI workforce that maps to every functional role in a food & beverage company — marketing, sales, finance, HR, IT. But only as Phase 1 and 2 pull customers into the broader catalog. The discipline: do not ship a marketing agent before regulatory has 50 paying seats.

If you'd hire one of the Phase 2 or Phase 3 agents tomorrow if it existed — tell us. Customer pull moves the roadmap.

Start with the agent that's live. Codex Reg — 90 days, $1,500/mo.
