Press & media kit

For journalists, analysts, and operators.

Fact sheet, founder bio, sample work product, and brand assets. We're not actively pitching press yet — we will be after the first cohort of pilots ships — but if you're already covering AI in regulated industries or mid-market CPG ops, get in touch.

The one-paragraph version

F&B Codex is a Claude-powered AI workforce for mid-market food and beverage companies. We sell named role agents — Codex Reg (Regulatory Affairs), Codex Quality (QC + QA), Codex R&D (R&D Scientist) — at FTE-fraction pricing ($1,500–$6,000 per agent per month). Each agent is grounded on the customer's house SOPs, specs, and brand voice via a per-tenant knowledge base — that grounding is the moat. Our first agent, Codex Reg, ships US packaged-food label compliance reviews, claims substantiation memos, and multi-state shipping diffs — each with primary-source citations, a signed audit footer, and a human checkpoint on every regulated output. Founded 2026. Based in California. hello@fnbcodex.com.

Fast facts

The thesis, in three lines

  1. The mid-market food brand runs on PDFs, spreadsheets, and one overworked QA or regulatory lead. Documentation is the job.
  2. Enterprise compliance platforms cost $50K–$250K and take 6–12 months to implement. The mid-market lives below that line.
  3. An AI workforce sold by role — not by feature — trained on each customer's own SOPs, fits exactly where today's incumbents don't reach.

Founder bio · Venkata Pamu

Venkata Pamu is the founder of F&B Codex. He brings a multi-functional operator background spanning product, growth, and the operational realities of running a packaged-goods business — built in part through founding LOKA Foods, Inc., a US-market ancient-grain snack brand that runs on Claude as its operating substrate. The two ventures are intentional siblings: LOKA was the first end-to-end test case for Codex Reg, and the experience of running a small CPG brand without a regulatory team is what shaped the F&B Codex product.
