What we ask of you

  • 30-minute scoping call to pick the first workflow and send three sample artifacts.
  • One named pilot owner on your side (likely you, if you are the founder).
  • One signed pilot agreement (we provide the template; one page in plain English).
  • Permission to use the de-identified work product as a future case study, if you elect.

We will send you a one-page pilot agreement. Here is what it covers.

Scope

90 days. Up to 10 review tasks per month across the three Codex Reg workflows. Defined deliverables per task.

Fees

$1,500/mo, billed monthly in advance. No setup fee. No success fee. Cancellable at the 30-day mark with prorated refund.

Data isolation

Your content is stored in a per-tenant directory and per-tenant retrieval store. It is never used to train a shared model.

Confidentiality

Mutual NDA, standard 2-year tail. We do not disclose your brand identity in any sales artifact unless you elect to be named.

IP

You own your inputs and your deliverables. We own the agent, the tool belt, and the eval suite.

Liability

Capped at fees paid. Outside counsel review is required on any claim before paid media. E&O insurance carried.
