  • Permission to use the de-identified work product as a future case study, if you elect.

Scope

90 days. No monthly task caps — reasonable use across the workflows we scope together. Defined deliverables per task.

Fees

Finalized at scoping call. No setup fee. No success fee. Cancellable at the 30-day mark.

Data isolation

Your documents live in your own workspace. They are never used to train a shared model and never appear in another company's work.

Confidentiality

Mutual NDA, standard 2-year tail. We do not disclose your brand identity in any sales artifact unless you elect to be named.

IP

You own your inputs and your deliverables. We own the agent, the tool belt, and the eval suite.

Liability

Capped at fees paid. Outside counsel review is required on any claim before paid media. E&O insurance carried.
